Manager Arsène Wenger has denied reports that he has intentions to send midfielder Aaron Ramsey out on-loan when he returns from injury.
The Welshman is recovering well from the double fracture he suffered in a reckless challenge with Stoke City's Ryan Shawcross, and has been earmarked for a return in the Reserves.
There have been reports that when Ramsey does recover from injury, he would be sent out on-loan to help regain match fitness with some first team action.
But Wenger has now denied those plans, saying that Ramsey's recovery is best conducted at the club.
Wenger said: "At the moment we are not talking about [a loan] at all.
"What is important is that he comes back into the group now and that he plays for a while with us.
"He is making surprising progress with the team so no [we won't loan him]. Though there might be some clubs who want a good player like him on loan.
"At the end of the month he should be alright to play in the Reserves. That is the target."
