It looks like outspoken striker Nicklas Bendtner has been "put in his place" by manager Arsène Wenger, after being snubbed in the last couple of games by the Frenchman.
Bendtner had given an interview a couple of weeks ago, stating that he needed games and would be looking to leave if those opportunities didn't come through quickly enough.
Wenger responded by leaving the Danish international out of subsequent matches, not even giving him a place on the bench, saying that Bendtner wasn't ready.
The Frenchman has always insisted that Bendtner needed to be patient, that it was too soon to be starting games as he had just returned from injury.
The 22-year-old seems to have gotten the hint, saying: "I know my place.
"I haven't been shouted at by manager, Arsène Wenger, but he has told me the same that he has told the media – that I need to be patient when I have been out for so long.
"This is something I totally can understand and I have been clear about this all the time, but I feel fit and want to play from the start.
"I need to do that in order to continue to evolve – that's just the way it is."
