Alex Song has attempted to explain Arsenal's disappointing draw with League One side Leyton Orient yesterday.
After an amazing result against Barcelona on Wednesday, the Gunners were hot favourites to beat a side two leagues below them, but they were hit with a late equaliser from the home side in a 1-1 draw.
Song believes the fixture pile-up has become tricky for the players, and also feels it is difficult to adapt psychologically from being unfancied against Barca to clear favourites against Orient.
He said: "It is not very good to have another game because we are playing a lot, but we have drawn a game we wanted to win.
"It is always very difficult when you play one big game [Barcelona], and when you come back you play a team you are supposed to beat.
"But we are still in the FA Cup and I am 100% sure we will win the replay at the Emirates."
The replay will come just days after the Carling Cup final, in which Arsenal will face Birmingham City. With a win against Orient they would then face a potentially crucial tie in the next round of the FA Cup against Manchester United.
If they were to dispose of United, they would arguably be favourites to go all the way and challenge for the other domestic cup.
On the chances of trophies this season, Song said: "We have a very good team and always work very hard in training because this year is very important for us.
"We want to do very well because everyone has been waiting for this moment for a long time.
"We are in a strong position because we are in four competitions and that is very good for us. We need just to take game by game.
"Now we need to be focused because we have one game coming soon, which we need to win for the Premier League, and then we have the Carling Cup final next week."
