Bellerin insists Arsenal are the best team in the Premier League

Arsenal full-back Hector Bellerin has made a bold claim by insisting that the Gunners are the best team in the Premier League.

The Gunners slipped to fourth in the Premier League last night and now sit five points behind league leaders Leicester City- but Metro quote Bellerin as insisting Arsenal are the best team in England.

‘When the team is in sync, there’s no better team than us in the Premier League. I think we just need to find that balance in some games when it’s sometimes is lacking.’

‘We are in a good position compared to where we were last year and you saw where we ended up last year [third place]. We played really, really good football last year, had a great finish and hopefully we can do it this season as well.’

Bellerin has been a crucial asset for Arsenal since breaking into the first-team last year and has firmly established himself as first-choice right-back at the club.

He faces a big test in the next month with a double-header against Barcelona in the Champions League, the side where Bellerin started his career.
