Mesut Ozil is out for up to three months and yet Arsenal’s record signing cannot stay out of the headlines.
Today’s gossip suggests that the German international, who cost Arsenal £42.4million when he joined from Real Madrid, wants to leave the Gunners in January and move to Bayern Munich.
The Bundesliga outfit reportedly tried to sign the No.10 in the summer but Arsene Wenger rejected all approaches.
Ozil apparently is growing increasingly frustrated with life in north London with Le Professeur continuing to play the midfielder out wide rather than his favoured, and only position, behind the striker.
If Arsene does decide to cut his loses with the 25-year-old, for the reported £30million Pep Guardiola is offering, who should Arsenal bring in? Or maybe the answer is a little closer to home…

If rumors are true then Podolski and Campbell could be ready for a Jan exit as well, this would bring in funds which some can be put towards transfers.
If we was to sell Ozil as well, I do hope that a ‘star’ buy is made to replace him, finally getting Draxler would make the Ozil loss more than acceptable. How-ever with the funds available to us and the sales then why not go for both Reus and Draxler?
Theo wants the CF role so him along with Welbeck, Giroud and finally Sonago would allow for rotation, Theo would need to be ‘replaced’ as a wide player. Alexis, Reus and Draxler could make an interesting Attacking Mid.
I also think Wenger may be looking at Wilsheres performances for England in that holding role and experiment with playing him there, letting him dictate the play and dropping the ball over the back like he has been doing for Rooney but for players like Alexis… which also frees up funds for the creative attacking players that Wenger likes.
