I know it's GDeep's trademark term but I thought demanding to have Mason hanged in front of the Emirates would possibly be considered a bit harsh, hence the softer suggestion.

Yeah a little bit mate, firing squad for him, Anthony Taylor and Mike Dean is a bit fairer.

Good game, Stoke had their chances but in the end our quality won out. Coq was excellent, seemed to be everywhere and made a few interceptions and often broke down their play. Not sure why some had a meltdown with Mesut's average first half, he always has that languid demeanor about him but there's no doubt he can create chances, and he's added goals to his game this season. Surprising header from him. And very pleased for Iwobi too.

It would be so good if Özil and Theo score one more in the next two games so we enter the new year with 3 players on double figures!

Where are the fan supporters group? The leading ones? It is on them to turn the home ground into fortress and singing out the Özil and Sanchez names until they pen the paper.

If they can't do that they should not call them supporters groups and return their seasonal tickets.
We have a few, but they can only do so much. The noisy sections are very few, small and far between.

LOL RVP been decent with his head since his Feyernoord days and that's the 2nd looping header Özil has scored for us . First one was a beauty in traffic.

Yeah Highbury was nervy , not bothered by how quiet it is , it's the groans and moans , started from about the 5 minute mark . Booing the kids at halftime in the Carling Cup was also an eye opener .
Bled dry, hacked off fans desperate not to be embarrased will be tetchy but yeah if your in the stadium, try to sing your team along. I hate booing our own players. The Eboue episode still hurts me. Fans can groan but then they should immediately shout encouragement. I've noticed European teams have a conductor type in the crowd. Maybe we should try it.

Yeah, the head down reaction here from a few after conceding the goal was a bit bad.

Özil criticism was absolutely fair. He was poor before the goal and improved after it. Everyone else gets a balanced reaction, why not him? And he plays central with the team around him. He has to play well. If you can't or won't rely on him and give him a free pass then he isn't a great player. Make your mind up.

Not sure what you mean by make up my mind. I didn't say he was playing well. I just didn't start going nuts on the guy for a poor 30 minutes. Maybe I'm just more tolerant.

The other thing is most clubs have large and well organized fans clubs. That makes it easier to organize chants, crowds and a supporting atmosphere. The crowd at the Emirates does not seem to have that. Just pathetic.
