Too little. He needs to do much much more. Start off by selling the overpriced dross on our books, ffs, to finance the purchase of what we need.

The Embolo transfer is huge for Basel. They just got 10 times their yearly tv money.

Right move for Embolo as well. Schalke are exactly the right level. I think Xhaka and Rodriguez showed that establishing yourself at a decent sub top club first is the way to go. Shaqiri wanted too much too early.

Always pleasant to hear Mourinho is frustrated. Then again, can an egotistical narcissist be ever satisfied ?

Anyway, United are on a good path if all of this happens, sub par Schneiderlin and Schweinsteiger out, Draxler/Mkhi + Ibra in is pretty impressive business. Still need a few more I feel to challenge for the title

Mourinho will make the essential changes and bring in the required players. He will drill their defence and make them more solid.

United will definitely be a contender next year. Might finish ahead of us too..won't bet against it!

i think Man Utd done well to not sign this guy, he not that big deal yet.

Yes. Frankly I like young players at the club but he did play underwhelmingly at the euros. Of course I don't claim he is a bad player or anything as even top players have been poor at the euros but I suppose it's best for all related parties that he joins a club like schalke for his development.
