If there's any truth to this, it is begining to border on lunacy from MORONho. It shows exactly the way he works and thinks. He has no plans of his own and he just looks to use the huge wealth of his sugar daddy to try and scupper what others might be doing.

Is that really what sports is about?

To be fair, he's well within his rights to scupper such a move. If he has a relationship with Khedira why not try to influence him to come to Chelsea. I see nothing wrong in it. I only posted the article out of amusement that he thinks Wenger is a loser but does everything to deny him players e.g. Ba and Khedira.

Of course he is weithin his rights to do it. What I'm saying is that he does not work to his own plansand that smirks of ineptitude or incompetence. If you are competent, you will know what your plans are and have confidence that you will be able to outsmart others. What he is doing here is to use the financial muscle of his sugar daddy to try and disrupt the plans of others.

Would he be able to build a wining team in the PL without the sugar daddy? I doubt it very much.

Look at the way Wenger goes about his business; he doesn't care what anyone else is planning as he has his own reliable plans. MORONhoe would never have allowed Cesc to move to another club even when he doesn't fit into his own plans.

Agreed with everything you said except the part about working with his own plans. Maybe Khedira is part of his plans? Maybe he wants to dump Ramirez and partner Khedira with Cesc? Or move Matic to center back? We dont know. I doubt he's willing to spend 20 mil just so we dont get him.

Mourinho knows he can't win the League without the most unrepentant diver in League history, so he brought Dogbreath back.

Drogba and Fabregas on the same filthy team.

I hope they flop so badly that they get relegated, I really do. I'd rather bring Leeds or Derby back to the top in their place. Better yet, have Fulham bounce back, so the 15,000 or so truly loyal Chelsea fans can hear the roar from a Premiership game at Craven Cottage just a mile away.

Chelsea's legal action for €22m over the transfer of Adrian Mutu has been successfully appealed against, clearing Juventus and Livorno of the bill.

The Blues had taken legal action against the player over the controversies relating to his transfer to Juventus in 2005, and the charge of €17.7m – incremented to €22m due to interest – was turned over to the Bianconeri and Livorno when the player himself was unable to pay.

However, the Old Lady has released a statement today confirming reports that Chelsea's legal request has now been denied.

“Following the news that circulated in the last few hours, Juventus Football Club S.p.A. confirms that the Court of Arbitration for Sport has revised the decision regarding the case that pitted Chelsea F.C. against Juventus over the transfer of Adrian Mutu,” Juve’s release reads on their website.

“The tribunal rejected in full the requests put forward by Chelsea F.C., charging the same club with paying the expenses for the trial.

“This ruling has no effect on the financial balance of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. because the club, fully aware of being in the right, chose not to allow for any risk in funds over the developing litigation.”

The Gazzetta dello Sport report that Juventus and Livorno’s argument was based on having only picked up the player’s registration a full three months after his sacking by Chelsea.
