He looked freer when he came on against Preston. Perhaps it was the opposition or just the energy a return gives you but perhaps the fact our CF hope no longer rest on him will allow him to come into himself more.

Still needs to work on his shocking goal return though.

Good thing about Wele is, if he doesn't look good we'll always have a buyer for him.

In his prime, having played for Man U and Arsenal, as well as being English, fast and strong, you're talking about a £20m starting price for the likes of Wet Spam and Stoke who'd wet themselves over the lanky assassin.

We will probably get 8 million for him!

Try 40M.

Onion Ighalo and Birmingham Benzema 30M each mate.

Sadly, I feel his prime was prior to the two consecutive serious knee injuries he suffered in two seasons. He'll need to prove his fitness for more than just the rest of this season to command a high transfer fee, I feel.

Expect him to get 10 - 15 goals if he plays a full season with us. Think he has improved from when he first joined us. He just needs to stay fit for a whole season and we'll be a useful player for us.

what i miss the most about him is his pressing game, he is so similar to park ji sung, but he has more goals in him.
we need him back fit so we can press teams with alexis and ramsey.
lol always professing your love for ramsey in every thread in this forum. Till ramsey ups his performance then. i am gonna consider the 2013/14 season a fluke.

Welbeck can do lot. Keep the ball. Pass the ball. Use his power to go past players.

He does lack in movement of the ball and killer instinct. But to be fair he barely played lately.

he actually has great off the ball movement, his main weakness has been his finishing. Which seemed to have improved before his last injury, his goal tally for england is proof that he can score goals. All he has to do is replicate that in league.
