Says a lot about Favre that he's got Balotelli to knuckle down. Great manager. Would love to see them win the league.
Such a better manager than muppets like Rodgers who was supposed to be the one whose man-management skills got the best out of Balotelli. In case Wenger doesn't sign a new contract, we need to be looking at Favre in addition to any others.

So far so good for Balo, definitely.

Favre is a clever manager, giving Balo freedom to take free-kicks and penalties and not harassing him with psychology bullcrap like Brenny did.

OM deal to Franck Mc Court is completed. As a closet OM fan, I can only hope he will deliver on his promises. Marseille has too much potential and deserves to get back on top.

Some interesting news from Ligue 1.
- Rudi Garcia is the new manager. Good move for OM and its new ownership.

Zubizaretta may be the new Sporting Director.

OGC Nice is still running high, winning on the road at Metz 4-2, w/out Super Mario. His replacement Alex Plea scored 3 goals. They are for real and between them, Monaco and PSG, the Ligue seems to have a good race for the title.
Monaco is on fire as well, they won 6-2 vs Montpellier on Friday with the return of Falcao.

Cyprien gives Nice the lead vs Nantes. 1-0.

I am watching it online. The technical quality is really good, even better than the WHU-Everton game.
The Nice keeper never kicked the ball upfield, always building from the back.
Nice has some very good players, Belhanda is top. The youngsters Cyprien, Seri and Pereira the Portuguese full back are great talent too. Arsenal should keep an eye on Ricardo Pereira, he can play on the right or the left.

PS. 2-0 now...Brilliant 40 yard pass from Seri, great run from Balotelli for the second goal.

Stats at half time..... Nice made 309 passes after 45 min! Insane number. Some teams don't even attempt this number in 90 min.
