Here's hoping they beat us at home as comfortably as they've beaten Brighton, Bournemouth, Palace & Fulham.

It has fallen to me to shepherd our young, battle weary Gunners & will them on to see our last away match of the season in style.

It is to be the 32nd battle at Old Trafford between the two sides who, in the not-so-distant past, WERE the Premier League.

I say battle because no trip to Old Trafford has ever been a drab affair. Even when both clubs were cast into the wilderness.

Those titanic battles that did matter, usually swung the pelendulum towards the victor.

This legendary gunner knew what it's all about!!

We mustn't falter in the face of what is, undoubtedly, the worst United side since the PL era started. This is coupled with the fact they're being led by the worst United manager of said era & certainly the one most obsessed with us!!

God willing, it's a hard fought 3 points for us so that INEOS remains convinced Ten Hag is the way forward so he can fritter away another £400 million.

He was an excellent man manager at least. Clueless though he may have been, he was a great guy whom the players loved until the situation became untenable for him.

Tactically though...

We're doing well bar the blip against Villa which came on the back of the 1-0 loss at Munich where we did indeed lose. A little more imagination and we'd have beaten Villa. Problem is that blip is now almost certain to cost us the league.

Did we indeed lose the match I was actually referring to where we didn't lose in a 2-2 draw?

That's unfair on Wenger, we were always 1-2 players short in the latter year of Wenger to win the title. Our first eleven was title winning. But as soon as we lost coqulien or santi to injury, we just weren't strong enough in midfield and we only had Giroud.

That season we only signed Cech and el neny, however we should've signed a proper quality midfielder along with a CF.
Not fair, or Wenger's fault?

Can they hear each other when they do that cover the mouth thing?
That's specifically why they do it apparently. It's not so people can't see what they are saying by lip reading. It's to amplify their voice so the others can hear amidst all the noise in the stadium, kinda works like a foghorn.

Arsenal Quotes

Arsenal have got as much chance of being handed the title by Sp*rs as I have of being given the Crown Jewels. They are the last people we want winning the Championship. Now we mean to round off our season by beating Arsenal.

There is no way we were going to be beaten
