Whats the difference between visible and non-visible rises?

Only a handful of mine had visible increases, and a couple decreased.

1,000,000 in prize money was a nice surprise though

If a player has a visible skill of 6 his 'real' skill can be anything between 5.5-6.4 so your player may still of improved but just not enough to get a visible increase....I think thats it anyway.

Well, if you have a player with, say, 5 skill this means his true skill is somewhere between 4.50 and 5.50, so if, after a CR, he gets a + skill increase it depends on whether he goes above 5.50 and therefore 'visibly' increase to a 6.

It's up to you, but looking at your team even if your CR was poor due to some inactivity the core of your team looks strong enough to compete.

Not quite, though I noticed that four teams are now inactive:

Entropy FC (Really Entropy, you want out?)
UNReal Madrid
Real Ale Madrink
Fever FC

That gives us currently 32. There are 7 that might well end in sackings/inactivations, so 25. Then we have some applications to consider.

I got 10 visible increases but again i got screwed on the minus side. Why is it that a 10 gets a bar taken away but an 11 gets nothing

My 16 and 17 year olds got nothing which makes no sense. I have a player that got +'s for the past 3 years and didn't increase then got one minus and went down a bar.

Anyway, the six teams with managers who have not logged on for ages and still not responding. If they were to go we'd have 25. Ideally we'd want, IMO, to get back to 30 and have 3x10 as 2x14 or so is quite a long season.

If you read this and are one of the managers then drop me a PM here if you still want in.

Set a deadline and then sack them if no positive response I reckon. Then we can establish whether we need to start a new round of recruitment.

If that takes us to 25, boot DREVAK out for being a quitter and for choking on the unbeaten run, then we can have 2x12
