Thanks alboots.
This is significant. Stan Kreonke ups his stake to 28.3 % by purchasing 7.8% from Carr family.
He is now the bigest shareholder surpasing Alisher Usmanov by 3.3 %.
Kreonke 28.3%
Usmanov 25.0%
Fitzman 16.1%
Lady Nina 15.9%
Others 14.7%

Think Stan will buy Nina's shares. We might also see a potential 50-50 between Stan and Russian oligarch.
Significant moves this year in history of AFC.

Do you know that Usmanov is MU fan ? There were some rumours in russian newspapers from his ex-partners that Usmanov hates football and even (in his early years) said that "what is so beatiful when you see 11 men on the field running like idiots" ?
and now he is Arsenal's fan, wow

Hmmmmm. Not bad. I really don't like Unsomov whatever his name is. He just wants to take over to be more famous an his track record isn't the best either. Personally i don't like him but i do not mind Stan Kronke. He looks like a nice person who knows his stuff about the game and likes the look of Arsenal Football club.
He's fine by me.

you should google his name classy and see what he has done for the other sports teams he owns.....i have some issues with America but sports not one...they do it right and they do it well...apart from the fact they all have too much money and take loads of drugs..i quite like some US sports.

Not about Arsenal's finances, but I couldn't find anything on Manu that could relate. BBC online Radio 5 live are discussing the Glazers financial input on Manu that some may find interesting, reassuring (from an Arsenal point of veiw, though I not heard the full prog yet)

I'm not a huge fan of him as a person...but i am a fan of his money. Though he doesn't seem too excited about the idea of putting it into the team. I just want someone who's willing to throw in some money. I don't like it, but the fact is that if we want to keep up with other big teams, we have to have the money they do to spend.

Kroenke does seem like the lesser of two evils, considering Usmanov has been doing some shady deals in the past and what not. Also, Kroenke is a true fan of sports and has proven he knows how these types of things work. Usmanov has given me the impression of being a guy who's just out for a quick buck. And then there's the whole looking-like-toad-thing.
As it would seem that we're currently not spoiled for cash, a takeover might be necessary in order to compete with the really big dogs, though. And that's what we want to do. What happened to Ecclestone by the way?

I wonder has someone checked Hill Wood's bank account lately or Fiszman the shady African diamond dealer who is in tax exile in Geneva..
All looks above board from where I'm standing...
Maybe our problems will be saved when Usmanov takes over. A man that done 6 years in prison in Russia for fraud, corruption and connections to the Russian mafia ..
Bring back GG I say...

Where are Lady Bracewell-Smith's shares heading? That could determine our transfer funding.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/articl ... l?ITO=1490Usmanov the don!
I think I know what he's planning - increase the number of shares to increase funds in the club... i.e. make 10 times more shares making each share £800 rather than £8,000 and he wants the fans to have more shares.
I'm all for it.
