Anyone know if my Spain win/Gomez top scorer bet still counts even if he's joint top scorer?

I'm guessing they'll void it, depends on who you bet with, give them a call.

Got 2-1 Italy and Balotelli 1st goalscorer and Spain 1-0 with Iniesta 1st goalscorer...

Here's my tip Dynamo Kiev to beat Feyenoord CL qualifiers. (8/15 at WillHill).

Kiev are a very good team, who started well in their league, and Feyenoord, who lost 4 experienced key players, will be playing a lot of talented kids. During preseason friedlies v lower tier teams Feyenoord had a problem scoring goals.

Upset very unlikely.

Put your house on Wigan to win the title.

Emile Heskey's training with them.

Already lost a house, betting England would win the 2002 WC, because Heskey was in the squad.

Kiev - Feyenoord 2-1 FT

Hope you all too my advise ;)

Amazingly Feyenoord played a good match and took a 0-1 lead just after HT. Didn't last for long. Goalie Mulder punched the ball against the back of his own defender: 1-1. Thereafter it was all Kiev, if it wasn't for Mulder it would have been 5 or 6.

Good result for Feyenoord. Kiev still very much fav, but at de Kuip anything can happen. Will be mayhem.

I saw your post and almost backed Kiev, because they really looked like a good thing for the reasons you said.... The only thing that stopped me was memories of getting fcked over by them on a few occasions last season, when conceding late goals. Well done though.

So it's that time of the year again, anyone got any opening game bets?

Podolski to score 2 or more 11/2
Walcott anytime scorer 13/8
Arsenal to score more than 2 13/8
Papiss Cisee anytime scorer 7/4
Aguero to score 2 or more 10/3

Out of that lot, us to score more than 2 looks alright to me.

Milan are 8/15 at home to Anderlecht. Seems a cracking bet to me. I've done a Dortmund Milan double and a small play on a Milan PSG Porto treble.

A good rule of thumb this season might be to never bet on Milan ;)

Yes, they ****** me up 3 times AT HOME. Can't say I am not pissed

Italian football in general is quite unpredictable this season aside from Juventus thrashing everything, wouldn't put a dime on anyone but them. Friend of mine put some 20€ on Bologna coming back from 0-2 at HT at the Stadio Olimpico, made some 400-500€ with Roma conceding the 2-3 in the 91st minute.

Walcott to score anytime is the only bet worth having, all the others are rubbish odds
I can't see an individual player scoring two or more goals.
Skybet are offering 7/2 Arsenal win and 10/3 the draw, they are quite good odds, especially the draw.

krengon (Forum Member) on September 20th, 2012, 7:35 pm

Think tottenham might be a good bet today.. Strong line-up for a Euro league game..

dpt49 (Forum Member) on September 22nd, 2012, 2:04 pm

Just got more than 4/1 on Chelsea, Man u and spuds treble.
The only risky match is Man u at Liverpool.

If you fancy us to beat Man City as well you get around 14/1 for all four to win.

fabo (Forum Member) on September 22nd, 2012, 2:15 pm

United at Anfield will kill you there, I'm sure of it.
User avatar

krengon (Forum Member) on September 22nd, 2012, 2:18 pm

Yeah I'm thinking about going big on Liverpool depending on the odds or Suarez anytime goalscorer..

fabo (Forum Member) on September 22nd, 2012, 2:46 pm

Liverpool w/ draw cover would be my pick. Can see them playing like they did against City, they were flat against us but there's this whole JFT 96 build-up for this one, so I'd expect Liverpool to steam into them.

United don't look too impressive to me so far, RVP has scored but looked crap for long spells in every match, looked gassed after 45 minutes in midweek so maybe not fully fit.

Got the roommate heading to Vegas next week so I'll be scouting some good bets for 29/30th.

Think I might go big on Arsenal beating Chelsea

Had an 7/1 £25 maximum bet on a treble. WestHam, Chelsea and Southampton to win today. West Ham flopped me with the 1-1.

lol I just placed a 350 pound bet on Barca at 4/1 with 5mins to go. Xavi scored shortly after!

Well done mate :worthy

GUNNERS4L1FE (Forum Member) on September 23rd, 2012, 1:02 pm

That is crazy Clrnc, I think the the most I have ever placed on a single bet is £100 and I wanted to kill when I lost.

Dunno what to do about today, I can't really call either game. Martin Skrtel 10/1 anytime scorer looks a good shout to me though. Might put some money on Suarez to score 2 11/1 or RVP to score 2 13/2 aswell just to make it interesting.

I am losing quite alot of what I won today. argh.

No risk no gain G4L

Short cut the poor house betting like that, Clrnc. Impulsive madness!

When you see Barca all over Granada like that it was hard to resist mate!

I admire your confidence but my 4/1 on Chelsea, Man u and spuds treble was a much safer bet than yours and the same odds

Saying that I only won £80, I don't normally bet more than £20 on accumulators.
