Apparently he was MOM for the reserves last night AND scored from OUTSIDE the box...
Made the tournaments top XI in the African Cup... :respect

I had song in mind for my team put went went Gil just cause wenger would, i saw that he scored and i think he might just be a class player one day.

He is better than Diaby and Gilberto now and a very out of sorts Denilson.

We dont have that many options

we have to win this to keep the pressure on chelsea. we wont win the title but we could at least try and get 2nd place

I think its time wenger gets creative and rotates some what. the team looks extremely tired and fresh legs and new ideas and a bigger squad lol would do us good.

I would put out if fit .( i imagine sagna wont be)
................................................Almunia
Hoyte.................Touré..............Phil.....................Gael
Eboue.......................gilberto.......fab..................Theo
..............................Nick Rvp
Bench:Jens, Ade, Flamin,Hleb,Gallas

One thing eboue always gives is great energy, we looked tired and slow in midfield whe he dropped to right back. I think wenger should go for a team like this and if its not going our way gamble early with triple substitutions.

You are right, today is great day for jokes :)
Trust me, this is not the time when Wenger should try some changes in our starting eleven. We have to win, so there is no place on the bench for players like Ade, Flam, Hleb and Gallas
Unfortunately, this is not wishlist.

OK, I'm convinced - Song for Saturday.
Fresh legs, fresh attitude, confidence high (I hope!).

Well there should be, that team is a strong one and Ade and gallas should be"rested due to poor form". I 99% sure that after 60 min that team wont be losing and i am dying to see some impact from the bench. If we send on ade and hleb with flam a bit later to be cautious they would make a huge impact.

They say if it aint broke dont fix it but it definately is and a change needs to be made some where.

I don´t know Dslacker. 7 games to the end, after few days CL matches and you would like to try something. In my opinion, there is no time to change something. We have to win every match if we want to win a trophy, so we must play with our best. With Ade, Flam, Gallas and Hleb ;)

Bensjamin (Lobby Member) on March 26th, 2008, 9:29 pm

I would rest Hleb, Flamini, Fabregas, Ade for this one. CL has to be the priority, even above finishing second.

Would be interested in seeing RVP and Bendtner up front together.

Bolton are finished, and are heading for the championship. Jaaskalinens replacement looks dreadful, Pat Rice would score past him.

Well for me TomasCR these kind of changes cant come any later they need to be now. I think it would increase our chance of winning the game and a trophy but i take your point. Hopefully we see some of theo in the second half for england.

who says denilson is badly out of sorts? i think we need his attacking instincts in midfield. am a great admirer of the lad. a lot of these lads have had great carling cups these past two years and we should have faith in them.
big senderos hasnt let us down this season and gallas is looking jaded, as is ady. bendtner and rvp should start against bolton.
we need a freshness as we have gone very stale and predictable in so many key positions.
indeed i wouldnt be against resting cesc as well. its probably too late in the season but fresh legs and minds might rescue the season

Song,Gilberto Bendtner Walcott to all start.

They need to start performing, not only to get there confidance. But to show that we have a squad capable of winning games, and not just a 11 first teamers.

Agree with this, apart maybe from Bert who has been a great great servant to the club but has had his day with us. Definitely want to see RvP start with Nick, and Theo instead of Eboue

And I'd play Phil instead of Billy - Billy needs a rest and Phil needs to start more games.

Agree with Walcott and maybe it´ s time for Bendtner - but I´m not sure that Wenger will use him in place of Adebayor.
But I don´t understand why would you like to see Gilberto - in place of who? Flamini? or even Song...he has had one experience from league this year - why do you think Wenger will play him in this important match if he was not use him, when we had 10 players on the injury list few months ago...? Impossible.

Ha, and they losing! When he a little older, he will be winning their matches and they will wonder their own stupidity for not playing him in these days.

Yeah but we've strugged at the Reebok in recent years so i wouldn't say the result is a foregone conclusion by any means.
