The future of Schalke left back Sead Kolasinac could be determined by where Juventus manager Max Allegri ends up next season, according to calciomercato.com.

The Bianconeri boss is apparently a big admirer of the Bosnian international and was keen on bringing the defender to Juve in the January transfer window but was scuppered in his plans by Schalke’s refusal to do a deal.

The 23 year old can sign a pre-contract agreement with another club as his current deal with Schalke is expiring in the summer and Calciomercato report Allegri may be keen on bringing him to Arsenal if the Gunners’ job becomes available in the summer.

There are certainly a lot of assumptions there, but with Arsene Wenger’s future in doubt after Arsenal’s heavy defeat to Bayern Munich last night, and the constant speculation surrounding Allegri, this type of rumour is not so surprising, especially as Kolasinac has already been linked to Arsenal even before the Italian manager’s links to the hotseat at the Emirates.
