Arsenal return to Premier League action on the back of a thrilling Champions League performance and result against Dinamo Zagreb, with the intention to get their title campaign back on track.

Following five consecutive victories, Arsenal were held to a 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur and returned after the international break to suffer a shock defeat to West Brom; which saw the Gunners drop to fourth in the table, with Leicester City and Manchester United leapfrogging them.

With the Foxes and the Red Devils set to clash this weekend in a mouthwatering tie, whilst Manchester City face a tough tie against Southampton, the Gunners have a big chance of taking advantage of any slip-ups this weekend.

The clash with Norwich City will bring an end to what has been a difficult month for Arsenal, due to immense injury problems, but a positive result will put the Gunners in a good position heading into a crucial run of fixtures in December.

A visit to Norwich, who are just three points above the relegation zone, gives Arsenal the chance to shuffle the pack a little bit but the quality must remain in order to get the result Arsene Wenger’s side aspire to achieve.

Therefore, we believe the following line-up is the ideal choice for Arsenal.

Arsenal XI: Cech; Bellerin, Koscielny, Gabriel, Gibbs; Cazorla, Flamini; Campbell, Ozil, Alexis; Giroud

Minimal changes could be made, with Gabriel Paulista and Kieran Gibbs getting involved to increase their match fitness. Gabriel has not started for a while, whilst it’s been ages since we’ve seen Gibbs play in his favoured defensive role.

Aaron Ramsey should be given another chance off the bench to continue his recovery, whilst it would be unfair to drop Joel Campbell after his tremendous performance against Dinamo Zagreb in midweek.

The remainder of the attack picks itself, with Alexis Sanchez returning to form with a brace in midweek, Olivier Giroud doing well in front of goal and Mesut Ozil looking to extend his Premier League assists record.

What team would you choose? Let us know in the comments below!

Arsenal.com is reporting that the team will wear that drab-looking black-blue strip for the Norwich game. What on earth is the matter with our home kit which has no clash with Norwich’s. Somebody should please enlighten me. I hate that jersey. In fact I hate every Arsenal jerseys this season except the home kit. Puma are so unimaginative!!!

Dat jersey though attractive seems to be imbued wit lucklessness , arsenal must avoid using it as much as possible!

      Totally agree with you Austin.
Haven’t seen us win in that kit.
Still though the question had to do with lineups. The set up I see in this article can work.
      We need to win
