Henry: Watching football won't do me any favours

Injured captain Thierry Henry has said that he is trying to avoid watching any football because it makes him feel bad.

Like his manager, the Arsenal striker usually spends hours watching football matches from all over the world, but has stopped doing that due to his stomach and groin injury.

Henry sad: "I have not been watching much football because it is not nice to watch when you are injured.

"It does not make things any better.

"But I know quite soon I will have to start watching games again and I am sure that it will eventually help me to get back into things.

"Being injured is not only frustrating but also boring - very, very boring.

"I can't wait to get back on to the training pitch again."
