Jeremie Aliadiere

Profile

Jeremie Aliadiere

Jeremie Aliádíčre has had a tough time of it in the early stages of his career. Since joining at the beginning of the 1999-00 season, he has had a horrible run with injuries and has struggled to make an impact in the first team.

After returning from a long injury layoff in 2005, he spent most of last season on loan. After initially joining Celtic, he moved to West Ham due to a lack of opportunities. However he found the situation no better at West Ham and ended the season and Wolverhampton Wanderers. He has finally returned to Arsenal, and will be hoping for much better things in the future. He recently signed a contract extension, keeping him at Ashburton Grove until 2009.

He is a graduate of the prestigious Clairefontaine Academy. He also matched Michael Owen's FA Youth Cup goalscoring record in 2001, with nine goals.
