After a less than impressive first season, showing only tricks with no end product, Quincy has shown huge improvement in the 2004/05 campaign which has seen him score his first goal for the club - a great finish in the Carling Cup against Everton, and make his full Premiership debut against Portsmouth, showing his newly-found maturity in laying off a simple pass to Lauren who then set up Henry.
The young Dutchman also impressed for the Holland Under-21 side during the summer. With frightening pace and skill, he looks a real Arsenal player.
