French champions Paris Saint-Germain are considering a whopping swoop for Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez should he not pen a new deal in north London, according to reports from Maxifoot in France.
PSG, who are faltering somewhat this season, currently sit third in Ligue 1, five points shy of league leaders Nice who have been fired to the top with the help of Mario Balotelli.
With Sanchez’s future at Arsenal still up in the air, Europe’s top sides – along with some of China’s richest – are lining up to engineer a deal for the Chilean.
The former Barcelona man, who has already bagged 13 goals in the Premier League this season, is now supposedly the target of a €70m swoop from the French giants, who beat Arsenal to the signing of Julian Draxler this month.
As well as the French side, Spanish giants Atletico Madrid have also been linked with a move for the Chile international, should Antoine Griezmann leave the club.
