Arsenal fan favourite, Santi Cazorla, has picked his all time Arsenal XI for Unscriptd, and the usual names are in there, however, there is a worrying lack of the current crop of talent, with just one contemporary player making the cut.

The one player who the Spaniard has deemed good enough for his Gunners dream team is his German teammate, Mesut Ozil, meaning that there is no place for the likes of Alexis Sanchez, Laurent Koscielny or even Yaya Sanogo.

The side has a very invincibles feel about it, which is understandable, but should it not be a worry that in the years since that remarkable season, there are but a few players that a professional would deem good enough to have got into that side?

The only other player on the former Malaga man’s team-sheet that was not part of the 2003/04 squad is French right-back, Bacary Sagna.
