Arsenal sealed their place in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup with a 2-0 victory on the road against non-league outfit Sutton United, with the Gunners securing the victory courtesy of goals from Lucas Perez and Theo Walcott.

On the back of a 5-1 drubbing at the hands of Bayern Munich, Arsenal were under pressure to perform but managed to avoid any slip-ups to secure a win that many expected them to earn- although the scoreline was certainly not as large as many anticipated.

It keeps Arsenal’s hopes of winning a trophy this season going, with the possibility of winning a third FA Cup in the space of four years, and the Gunners will be favourites to seal their spot in the semi-finals at Wembley as they will host another non-league outfit, Lincoln City, in the Emirates Stadium next round.
