Massive, massive match on Saturday. The boys will need no reminding of this as bitter rivals United travel to the Emirates with both a point to prove. Arsenal will have some convincing to do as well given the last few results, and both teams will look to get their season back on track.

Interesting sub plots in this one as well, as Danny Welbeck will face his boyhood club for the first time. No telling what kind of emotions will run through the player but we hope he continues his recent form and gets on the score sheet. Van Gaal deemed him “not Manchester United standard” so hopefully Welbeck will have something to prove as well. For Arsenal’s sake, we hope he scores a brace (or a hat trick better yet) and tells Van Gaal just where to stick his standards.

This will also be the first meeting between Wenger and Van Gaal so an interesting tactical battle may ensue. Everything is in place for this to be a smashing encounter.
