Arsenal’s ‘Super Sunday’ showdown at Anfield against Liverpool is going to be a tough match to call. Both Arsenal and Liverpool have struggled to perform consistently throughout this season. Arguably, this may well be due to both of them sustaining injury problems to big players including Aaron Ramsey, Mesut Ozil,Theo Walcott, and Liverpool have been without their goalscorer Daniel Sturridge since August. But even with these injuries both defences have leaked too many goals.

The XI I have chosen will help maintain a balance between defence and attack by using a combination of youth and experience, that can be shown by captain Per Mertesacker and 19-year-old Bellerin, respectively.
