Who would replace Mesut Ozil?

The future of Mesut Ozil is more uncertain than ever.

The star has just 18 months to go on his current deal and rumours are circling that he is prepared to walk out on the club to find more money elsewhere.

Like Ozil, Alexis Sanchez has a year-and-a-half to go on his Arsenal deal. The Chilean has been in fine form so far this season and Arsenal fans will be praying the two decide to extend their stays at The Emirates.

Arsene Wenger revealed neither Ozil or Sanchez will be leaving the club before their contracts expire. Though take the boss’ comments with a pinch of salt. Wenger was also adamant that neither Samir Nasri or Robin Van Persie would leave before both departed for Premier League rivals.

Arsenal will need to keep one eye on a potential replacement for Mesut Ozil should he elect to leave north London.
