The man I like to call “Mr. consistency,” Tomas Rosicky is having a torrid time living up to that title this season through no fault of his own. He seems to have fallen out of favour with Wenger which is strange since he was one of Wenger’s go to men off the bench last year and for many years before.

He was one of the first names on the team sheet when it was time to rotate and often got a place in the starting XI for big matches due to his experience and productivity in big games. He is always up for the occasion and it is a wonder as to what is going wrong for him this season. Why is our “little mozart” finding game time so hard to come by this season?

I can’t quite put my finger on it at the moment to be truthful. It is easy to say that Rosicky is a year older and is finding the pace more difficult to cope with, but he hasn’t been a starter for some years now so that doesn’t quite tell the story I’m afraid. Even if he indeed has lost a step, that is no reason for him to not see the pitch at all.

Even more strange is Arsenal’s current form and injury woes. With several players either injured or out of form, one would think Rosicky would be given his run of match time. With Ozil’s injury and poor form as well as Cazorla’s less than stellar form at the moment, Rosicky would be the natural successor to step in, and something tells me if this was the same time last year he would be.

So what has changed? It’s difficult to ascertain exactly. I feel for Rosicky and you never want to see a player frozen out of the picture. Especially one so deer to our hearts as fans and more importantly one so talented. He is not called the little mozart for no reason; the man can pick a pass and orchestrate in the middle of the park like very few in this world and I really hope to see him back on the pitch soon.

some very strange and stupid decisions wenger makes year in year out.so rigid.

The only thing that has changed is Wenger, he’s a stubborn idiot. Wenger is overplaying Wilshere rather than dropping him and Wenger is also destroying Joel Campbell by constantly leaving him out.

Yes I couldn’t agree more with panther Rosicky is twice the player Wilshere is at the moment and Santi Cazorla is woeful, cant shoot and cant string two good passes together, my concern is to see Wenger on the bench looking like some demented !!!! with his elastic bands or whatever. He no longer looks calm and relaxed

Its just the stubborn attitude of Wenger and not admitting that he is at fault. Ozil was completely ineffective and out of form before his injury, Cazorla has been a shadow of himself in the first couple of months of the season, Chamberlain is not quite up to it for some reason as well. Wilshere is being overplayed, and Ramsey is also struggling for form. I dont know why Rosicky is not being given any time. Arsenal need changes in the squad and formation to come out of the rut they are in. Rosicky along with Campbell and Podolski need to play more. Rosicky’s pace and directness , and his passing ability is what Arsenal need at the moment in the very ineffective mid-field.

ARSENE, PLEASE STOP BEING A STUBBORN IDIOT AND SEE WHAT EVERYONE CAN SEE CLEARLY. THE STARTING ELEVEN AND FORMATION NEEDS TO CHANGE. REVERT BACK TO 4-4-2 AND START ROSICKY AND CAMPBELL.

PLEASE STOP THINKING THAT YOU ARE GOD AND CANNOT MAKE A MISTAKE OR WRONG DECISION. DONT DESTROY OUR BELOVED ARSENAL
