Reports of a mini exodus at Arsenal have begun making their rounds, with as many as four first team players reportedly heading for the exit. Arsenal have already confirmed the departure of Abou Diaby along with several youth players, and reports in the Daily Star now intimate that as many as four more players could join them.

The first being David Ospina, who as we know has been linked with a move to Fenerbahce following the arrival of Cech. He could be lining up against Lukas Podolski who could be set for a move to rivals Galatasaray. The Star says french club Marseille have also entered the race for Ospina as well, as the Colombian is a wanted man after his Copa America heroics.

Joel Campbell is the next name on the list, with the young winger frozen out of the first team picture at the Emirates. He failed to impress on loan at Benfica last season and the Portuguese side has reportedly dropped out of the race to sign him permanently.

While those three are understandably on the chopping blocks, the reports also surprising suggest that Arsenal are prepared to sell Mathieu Debuchy. The Frenchman endured a torrid time with injury last season but surely will return stronger this season. No interested club or bid has been mooted, but reports suggest Arsenal will look to recoup at least the £12m they paid for him.

These departures hopefully mean players coming in the other direction with the likes of Carvalho and Vidal being mentioned constantly.

There was some good news however, with the club reportedly closing in on a four year contract extension with Theo Walcott. Gooners will have fingers crosses that the winger signs after an impressive end to the campaign.
