This Saturday saw Arsenal visit the Liberty Stadium in Wales to play Paul Clement’s new Swansea side. After a slow and nervy start from the Gunners, Arsene Wenger’s men suddenly sparked into life when the man in form, Oliver Giroud, netted once again to get his side off the mark.

Once the visitors took the lead, it was evident the game was only going to go one way. Unluckily for the Swans, the next two they conceded in the game were own goals, after brilliant build-up play from Nigerian Alex Iwobi. The game was topped off with a stunning finish from arguably Arsenal’s best player on the day, Alexis Sanchez.

The 4-0 scoreline was a fair result based on Arsenal’s dominance in the match, doubling Swansea’s shots on target whilst having 57% possession of the ball.

In the ninety-minutes, we learned many things about Arsenal, here are five concepts we saw in the performance.. Do you agree? What did you learn about the Arsenal side in Wales?
