While Bayern clearly outclassed us, our game plan was limited to the players at our disposal. While Giroud had a pretty good game, the pace of Walcott might have been a big bonus, especially in the first half.

If we had a full-strength squad at our disposal, the result could have been entirely different- as the score-line doesn’t show that Arsenal had numerous chances and look threatening going forward!
