Arsenal target Youri Tielemans has decided to leave Leicester City on a free transfer next summer.

Tielemans has been on Arsenal’s watch for months leading up to this summer window. Despite several talks plus speculations pointing towards a move to the Emirates, nothing materialized.
Leicester and Arsenal were far apart in their valuation of the player and the Gunners decided to look away.

According to a report, Youri Tielemans won’t sign a new contract with Leicester City, and he’s decided to leave on a free transfer.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, while speaking to the CBS Sports podcast House of Champions, claimed Youri Tielemans has made up his mind and will not be extending his contract at Leicester City.
As for Tielemans, he was ready to move on in the summer but the right club he wanted to join couldn’t reach an agreement with his club.
“I’m not going to speak too much about my contract situation at the moment,” Tielemans said in September.
“I didn’t leave Leicester in the summer as I always said the project had to be the right one.
If this latest decision is true, it means he’ll leave on a free transfer next summer. Tielemans made the decision last year and looks like he’s sticking to it.
THE VERDICT: GOOD NEWS FOR ARSENAL?
Getting Tielemans on free will be an absolute steal. Arsenal’s recruitment has been solid in the past two season , so capturing the Belgian in the summer just about completes it.
