Arsenal leapfrogged north London rivals Tottenham to go third in the Premier League after a 2-0 victory over Newcastle on Monday.

Goals from Aaron Ramsey and Alexandre Lacazette helped put Unai Emery’s side in a great position to see them finish in the top four.

It was the perfect return to Premier League action for the Gunners boss, who leads his team into a further seven fixtures in a jam-packed month.

With Monday’s win, Arsenal have now achieved 10 successive Premier League home wins for the first time since 1997/98.

Tricky away ties are to come, starting with Everton on Sunday, with Watford , Wolves and Leicester also to follow.

In the midst of those the Gunners also have two legs of their Europa League quarter finals with Napoli to overcome, as well as a home clash with Crystal Palace.

Gooners, will we now finish 3rd? Let us know in the comments…
