Kieran Tierney looks set to get his move to Arsenal after the Gunners and Celtic have finally reached an agreement, claims the Mail.

The Scot will have his medical on deadline day ahead of his proposed £25m move. He will sign a five-year contract.

Unai Emery’s side have been pushing for a move for the left-back throughout the summer and saw two bids rebuffed by the SPL champions.

Tierney, 22, who boasts a staggering 170 appearances for Celtic has won the SPFA Player of the Year on three separate occasions.

Arsenal’s need for a new left-back is pressing, with Nacho Monreal in decline and Sead Kolasinac continuing to struggle defensively.

He’s won everything he can at Celtic outside of Europe and he’s going to Arsenal to advance his career and establish himself as an ever-present in the Scotland national team.

The Gunners could also sign a centre-back before Thursday’s 5pm deadline. Chelsea’s David Luiz has been linked with an £8m move to The Emirates.
