Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Porto winger Yacine Brahimi as a replacement for Alexis Sanchez.

Bleacher Report claim Arsene Wenger is keen on bringing in either the Algerian international or Wiflried Zaha next summer.

The Gunners are expected to lose out on both Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil who have refused to sign a new deal at the Emirates.

The duo can leave for free next summer, which will leave Arsenal depleted of star power at the top end of the pitch.

Wenger has identified Brahimi, who can play on either flank or in the hole as a top target. At 27, the attacking midfielder is entering the prime of his career and is starting to show superb consistency for Porto.

Brahimi signed for the Primeira Liga side from Granada in 2014, and has scored 32 times in 134 appearances for the Portuguese club.

This season, the Algerian international has managed four goals and three assists in 11 Liga fixtures
