Arsenal will play Tottenham in the last Carabao Cup quarter-finals.

The Gunners, last season’s beaten finalists, will host their neighbours at Emirates Stadium during the week starting 17 December.

Arsenal ran out narrow 2-1 victors over Blackpool in the fourth round on Wednesday night, while Tottenham saw off West Ham 3-1 at the London Stadium.

The rest of the draw sees Leicester City or Southampton take on either holders Manchester City or Fulham. Meanwhile League 1’s Burton Albion travel to Middlesborough. And Chelsea have been drawn at home to Bournemouth.

Unai Emery is set for his first taste of a north London derby. The last time the sides met Tottenham ran out 2-0 winners at White Hart Lane.

The two teams meet twice in little over a fortnight as the Gunners host Spurs in a Premier League clash on 2 December.
