Arsenal are reportedly face competition from AC Milan to re-sign former academy star Donyell Malen.
The 20-year-old spent two years at Arsenal between 2015 and 2017 but failed to break into the first team under Arsene Wenger.
Tuttosport claim the Serie A side are battling the Gunners for his signature.
They state that PSV, who signed the Malen for £200,000, would only be willing to sell the 20-year-old winger for £50million.
Malen has been on fire for the Dutch outfit this season – chipping in with 16 goals in 18 games in all competitions.
He scored seven goals in 24 games for Arsenal’s Under-23s after being plucked from PSV’s rivals Ajax. But after a forgettable spell in north London he has since remodelled himself back at his native Holland.
Unai Emery has offered game time to a number of Arsenal’s academy graduates this season.
Joe Willock is growing from strength to strength in every game, while Reiss Nelson is finding his feet on the wing. 18 year-old Bukayo Saka is also emerging as a serious force for the Gunners.
