Arsenal are interested in signing Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

That’s according to the Daily Star, who claim the Belgium international is unsatisfied with the new contract he’s been offered at Old Trafford.

Fellaini has entered the final year of his current deal with Jose Mourinho’s side and could leave for free next summer.

The powerhouse midfielder has endured a turbulent relationship with the Old Trafford faithful since making the switch from Everton in 2013. Last season Fellaini was booed on to the pitch by his own fans after he conceded a late penalty in the previous game.

Despite his contract nearing expiration, Mourinho has no plans to allow Fellaini to leave in the January window.

However, the report also claims that Arsenal are interested in the Belgian alongside Inter Milan and Besiktas.

Gooners, would Fellaini fit in well at Arsenal? Let us know in the comments…
