Arsenal travel to face Bournemouth on Tuesday night as they look to make it three wins from three in the Premier League to round of the festive fixtures.

Arsene Wenger will take his side to Dean Court in a confident mood, with that sensational Olivier Giroud goal still fresh in the mind from a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace at The Emirates on Sunday.

A win against the Cherries would take the Gunners to within a point of second placed Liverpool, who could only draw with Sunderland on Monday night.

Eddie Howe’s side, however, are not to be taken lightly. The Cherries have already taken some big name scalps at home this term, with Liverpool, Leicester and Everton all losing, whilst Tottenham were held to a 0-0 draw.

Furthermore they are heading into the clash off the back of a 3-0 win over Swansea on New Year’s Eve.

They will, although, be without on loan playmaker, Jack Wilshere, who is unable to play against his parent club.

Despite the absence of the England international, Eddie Howe has plenty more players who can cause the visitors trouble, here are two to look out for…

Harry Arter

The Ireland international may not take the headlines for the Cherries, but he is crucial to the way they play.

The 27-year-old sits a little deeper than other midfielders around him and can pull the strings from his withdrawn berth, as well as being adept at breaking up opposition counter attacks, shutting him down can really stifle Bournemouth.

Junior Stanislas

Eddie Howe’s side have a decent record when the former West Ham man is on the pitch.

The winger has bagged three goals and four assists so far for the southerners this term and was in good form in the win over Swansea, definitely one to watch.
