According to reports, Arsenal could be planning a summer switch for Steven N’zonzi.
The Sevilla defensive midfielder made his international debut this week for France against Wales. During his time away from Spain, N’zonzi stated his love for the Premier League and said he doesn’t know what’s next for his career.
The Frenchman who made his name for Blackburn Rovers and Stoke City has established himself as a top European talent with Sevilla.
But he has claimed he loves the English game amid reports Arsenal and Manchester United are keeping tabs on him.
N’Zonzi is quoted as saying: “I love the Premier League. I really like the Premier League. This is where I started at a good level. I had a great time there.
“I don’t know what is going to happen in the future. I am fine at Sevilla. I feel good. I am used to it now. It is my third season so I am happy.”
N’Zonzi wouldn’t arrive on the cheap – the 29 year-old has a release clause of €40m on a contract that expires in 2020.
