Arsenal are set to have another contract rebellion on their hands.

The Gunners already have an uphill task of landing new deals for Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez, but according to the Times, both Aaron Ramsey and Danny Welbeck are currently refusing to sign new Arsenal deals despite both players allegedly being open to staying.

The uncertainty that surrounds Arsenal both on and off the pitch has led to the player’s refusal to commit to the club.

Negotiations could be deferred until next summer, which would see the duo have just 12 months remaining on their deals.

Welbeck and Ramsey have reportedly refused new deals.

With Arsenal currently in the Europa League and struggling to regain a top four position, the two internationals reportedly want to see the season out before coming to a decision. They’re also allegedly unhappy with how much the club have offered them.

Ramsey has been in great form for Arsenal this season, scoring three and assisting six. Welbeck though has struggled with injury and his season is yet to take flight.
