Much of the talk following Sunday’s defeat to Man City has been whether Petr Cech should replaced by Bernd Leno.

Cech made a number of impressive saves in the 2-0 defeat, but also came inches away from inadvertently putting the ball in his own net.

One man who appears to be out of the picture is David Ospina.

The Colombian had been strongly linked with Besiktas this summer, but according to Sky Sports in Italy, Napoli have made a late move for the Gunners stopper.

Ospina is now due to have a medical at the Serie A side in what is expected to be a season-long-loan.

Napoli though, will have the option of signing Ospina on a permanent basis at the end of the season. The Serie A side have been in dire need of a new keeper after Alex Meret, also a summer addition, via Udinese, suffered a broken arm.
