Unai Emery has been handed a welcomed fitness boost ahead of Arsenal’s clash with Bournemouth on Wednesday.
The Gunners boss has both Alex Iwobi (ankle) and Stephan Lichsteiner (back) available having both been forced to limp out of Sunday’s 2-0 win over Southampton but joined the first-team on Tuesday.
With a Europa League last 16 against Rennes to come, along with Spurs and Manchester United in the Premier League, Emery is expected to rotate his squad. That could mean a start for Mesut Ozil who could only make the substitutes bench over the weekend.
Arsenal head into the game in a fine vein of form having won four of their last five Premier League games.
Bournemouth, on the other hand, head into the game 10th in the league and without a win in their last three matches.
The Cherries also have several injury concerns ahead of Wednesday’s clash.
