Aubameyang sends cryptic message in tweet – transfer confirmed?

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang may have just dropped the biggest hint his move to Arsenal is on.

The Borussia Dortmund striker has emerged as a top target for the Gunners this month after facing disciplinary action by the club.

Aubameyang, who has scored 13 goals in 15 Bundesliga appearances this term, was recently dropped by boss Peter Stoger.

The prolific 28 year-old sent out a tweeton Tuesday evening in a conversation with team mate Dan-Axel Zagadou.

It reads: ‘C’sa le défaut du bay t’aime trop. Me mettre des xxxxxxL’. Roughly translated from French to English, it reads as: ‘It’s their fault if they love you too much, to me xxxxxxL’.

The ‘xxxxxxL’ could in fact be masked for ‘Arsenal’ as transfer negotiations continue.

Arsenal officials travelled to Dortmund this week to finalise a deal for the Gabon international.

Reports claim the Gunners are ready to offer Olivier Giroud on loan as a makeweight in the deal.
