Arsenal have arrived in Belarus ahead of their Europa League round of 32 clash with BATE Borisov.

Unai Emery’s side will face BATE in the absence of Mesut Ozil. The German has returned to full training after recovering from illness but has not travelled to Belarus for the match.

The Gunners star has struggled for regular game time recently and has managed only one start in 2019, in the 2-1 Premier League win over Cardiff City at Emirates Stadium last month.

Aaron Ramsey, who on Monday signed a £400k a week deal to join Juventus in the summer, misses out with a knee injury.

The central European side are yet to kick off their new season and could be lacking a competitive edge when the two sides meet at the Borisov Arena.

Kick off is at 17:55 GMT on Thursday, with the return leg at Emirates Stadium on Thursday, 21 February.
