Arsenal legend Ian Wright says he’s delighted with reports the Gunners are set to change kit sponsor.
Rumours have been rife for some time now that Arsenal are close to agreeing a multi-million pound deal with Adidas to take over from Puma as the club’s new official kit manufacturer.
The north Londoners have been sponsored by Puma since 2014, but many fans have failed to take to the tight-fitted material.
The club’s contract with Puma expires at the end of the season and it is widely expected that the deal will not be extended.
And Wright is pleased to see his old side change manufacture.
He wrote on Twitter: “So pleased Adidas are back sponsoring after this coming season️. Especially after seeing what Puma have come up with.”
