According to reports, Chelsea are in pole position to Jean-Michael Seri this summer.
The Nice midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates for the previous two transfer windows.
As per RTL journalist Christian Ollivier, Chelsea are said to be in ‘advanced talks’ with Seri over a move to Stamford Bridge this summer, with Blues’ owner Roman Abramovich having personally chosen the African midfielder as an ideal signing.

The Blues are still yet to finalise a deal for Seri, but the latest reports are ominous.
It seems Arsenal are already working on option b, with Marouane Fellaini now suggested to be closing in on a move to the Emirates.
The Manchester United midfielder is set to leave Old Trafford this summer after rejecting two contracts from the Red Devils.
