According to The Athletic, Ceballos feels Arteta has not been sufficiently clear about what he can improve upon to get into the starting XI or where he stands in his plans.

The 23 year-old was a second half substitute as Arsenal dispatched Bournemouth in the 5th round of the FA Cup on Monday night.

The unhappy midfielder is suggested to be open to either returning to Real or securing another loan move before Friday 31st deadline.

Ceballos has not made a Premier League appearance since the start of November, while he dropped a farewell hint on social media suggesting he could be leaving the club this month.

In a reply to Hector Bellerin’s Instagram post after the match against Chelsea, he wrote: ‘I’ll miss those goals with the left foot bro!’ Ceballos wrote. ‘You deserve all the good that happens to you.’

It’s reported the midfielder’s main drive to move on is because his intentional place with the Spanish team at Euro 2020 is at stake.
