Arsenal midfielder Denis Suarez has responded to rumours Unai Emery is ready to send him back to Barcelona.
The loanee has made six Premier League appearances so far – all from the substitutes bench.
Suarez has failed to register a goal or assist since arriving at the Emirates back in January and has been tipped for a swift return back to Spain.
The Sun claimed on Monday that Emery holds serious doubts over the midfielder’s ability to withstand the physical demands of English football and will not take up the option to make the deal a permanent one for £18million come the summer.
The midfielder has responded, however, and took to Instagram on Tuesday, posting a picture of himself taken during first team training with the caption ‘let them keep talking’.
Suarez posted this on Tuesday morning
Suarez has just two months left to impress his manager if he is keen to remain in north London.
Arsenal’s next match is at home to Newcastle on Monday April 1.
