Arsenal have been given the green light to sign Anthony Martial with Man Utd boss Jose Mourinho having lost patience with the Frenchman.
Sun Sport claim the 22 year-old has refused to open contract talks with Premier League giants until he knows what is happening with Mourinho’s future.
Martial, who arrived for an initial £36m in 2015 as the recipient of the 2015 Golden Boy Award for the best under-21 player in Europe.
However, the French winger and his Old Trafford boss fell out during the summer, with Martial fined £180,000 for being AWOL after the birth of his son.
His manager has used him sparingly this season. Just once has the France international appeared for Mourinho, who hauled him off after an hour of the defeat at Brighton.
The former Monaco man, 22, has now been linked with Unai Emery’s Gunners, while Spurs are also rumoured to be interested.
