The 25 year-old has made a name for himself since leaving the Emirates in 2012 and has established himself as a key figure in the Besiktas starting XI.
Reports suggest that Arsenal are considering buying back their former prodigy after allowing him to leave for just £40,000 five years ago.
Ozyakup has become a mainstay in the Besiktas side and could be available for £10m in January.
The Turkish giants are currently locked in talks with him and his representatives as they attempt to tie him down to a bumper new deal.
